Sending the New Guy to Catch an "Air Sample"

Info from Licensor: "Decided to play a prank on the new guy at work. I told him the inspector needed an air sample while the welders welded. I handed him a 55gal bag and told him to go catch air in the bag. Then told him to give it to the inspector; he walked around for an hour with the bag waiting for the inspector to get back."
