This footage was filmed by Kabudatie, in Changsha, Hunan, China, at 8:56 pm, on December 10, 2023. While celebrating their birthday, the man's fluffy hair caught fire from the candles on the cake. He was unaware of what was happening, but with the help of the waiter next to him, only a small part of his hair was burned."
