Detained Man Flees in Stolen Police Car

Info from Licensor: "I was at the dollar store and noticed a confrontation between a guy and 2 police officers and I started recording. Both of the police officers were tazing him and he ran to the car and stole the cop car. He eventually ran into an oncoming semi on the interstate and died."
