Stuck in a ZipCar Parking Lot

Info from Licensor: "I parked my ZipCar in a parking lot and the door broke right when I tried to get out leaving me stuck for about an hour. I could have jumped the fence but all of them emptied into other peoples private backyards and I would have just been stuck there instead."
