Info from Licensor: "Stevie is a 5-year-old yellow lab with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a neurological disorder that affects motor control, but causes no pain. He loves puddles, and when he saw that his girlfriend was outside (in the yard behind us) he got excited and started splashing around in the puddles and looking at her to try to get her attention. I mean, he is a lab who loves his water!"
