Info from Licensor: "I was driving on I-95 last Sunday (10/13/19), when this rider passed me while making a lot of noise. Right after that, he started to ride on only one wheel. He did that for a good amount of time. Even the cops saw him, but they didn’t do anything! I passed him, and stopped recording."
