SUV Crashes Into Construction Cones While Trying to Exit Highway

Info from Licensor: "At around 1:00 PM on a Friday, driving on the highway on my way to work, taking an exit, an SUV decided he needed to exit past the actual point of doing so safely. They chose to cut over, but there was another vehicle in the lane he needed to go, he rammed the construction cones head-on, resulting in an accident that he was only involved in, but also sent some construction cones flying."
