Stalemate at a Railroad Crossing

Info from Licensor: "I came up to a train crossing. I was the lead car, the arms are down, and the lights were flashing. There was no way I was going to cross here. I saw multiple people cross on the other side I had enough so I decided to turn around. As I did this, a lady drove into the oncoming traffic lane to pass the queue and almost hit me head on."
