Neighbor Erupts in Racist Rant Over Leaves

Info from Licensor: "On New Year's Eve, I was cleaning my front yard, sweeping up the leaves and bagging them. By the time I was finished, I had 5 bags of leaves and all that remained on the street were crumbs. That is when my neighbor came home, and moments later, she walks out to the middle of the street screaming about how I need to sweep up my leaves. As I explained to her that I already did that and showed her the bags I had filled up. She also mentions something about fireworks, but no fireworks were lit that night or previous nights. This is her rant. This is also not the first time she has made racial remarks."
