Info from Licensor: "My cat, Tropicana, decided he wanted to look out a window that is covered with wood blinds. The window next to it has a spot for him to look out but, being a cat, he wanted THIS window. There are bushes that block the view from the bottom half so he climbed to the top half and made his own seat."
