Power outage shuts down highway 101 in San Francisco, mariachi band steps in to entertain everyone

Info: Highway 101 was closed last night due to downed power lines. Many motorists were stuck for several hours. Magda Vasquez and her mariachi band performed for over an hour and lifted the spirits of the stranded motorists.
