Loose Barge Rolls Over Dam

Occurred on May 2022 / Jefferson County, West Virginia, USA

Info from Licensor: I went to the dam to go fishing and the barge was hung up on the upper side of the dam. After 15 minutes, both of the barges got over the dam. Then, one got caught up again by the strong currents. The second one got hung up on another dam (dam 3).
