Man Transporting Heavy Load Falls Through Concrete

Info from Licensor: The driver is a stranger, not familiar with the quality of the concrete above the sewer. There were 40 packages of cement on the vehicle and the driver tried to back up to it. Unfortunately, the concrete could not stand the total weight of the vehicle. However, the driver is fine.
