Burst Half Pipe Causes Flooding on Wellington Road

Info from Licensor: "My partner and I were driving back to our home address in Wellington and it had been torrential weather for the last 24 hours so rivers banks were bursting, there was aqua plaining, and heavy rain. We came around the bend and saw flooding and looked for the source! Suddenly we saw this half pipe gushing and immediately got the phone out to record!"
