Info from Licensor: "I was cutting grass beside the house. I was off camera to the left top corner and using a manual transmission mower. As I was trying to turn around, I thought I was in reverse but was actually in forward gear and had no time to react, so I hit the deck and bounced down the 4 foot hill off camera." - Stephen Panormios
