Info From Licensor: "I worked a night shift the day before this took place, so I first heard the screaming from my bed. At approximately 10am, I heard a loud argument taking place outside. I figured it was just my neighbors, as they tend to get pretty loud. Shortly after, I heard a very guttural, terrifying scream. I immediately knew that something bad had happened. I jumped out of bed, grabbed a shotgun, and exited my home through the garage door. As soon as I stepped out, I could see a naked man lying in my front yard, face up. His face was smeared red. I had heard no gunshots, so I immediately thought that he'd been stabbed. He was not moving. Since I was unaware of the assailants' whereabouts, I crouched behind some boxes in my garage and listened for a moment. As I started to creep around the edge of the boxes to get a better look, I noticed that the police were arriving. I put the shotgun away and walked out to meet them. The man sat up and was restrained by police. I was filled in on the situation by my mail man. He said that the man attacked him while he was delivering my mail. The nude dude grabbed my 1099 out of the mail carriers' hand and ate it. It was at that time that the postal worker sprayed the man with mace. Turns out, that was the scream that I heard. I began filming at that time, because the content was too good not to share. I posted the video to youtube, and it was live for about 6 days. In that time, it received over 600k views and was discussed on radio across the country. The subject of the video hired an entertainment law firm out of LA to sue me and to help get the video removed. My lawyer advised me that I was 100% within my legal right to film and post the video because the man was committing the multiple felonies on my private property. He is still threatening me, and he was able to get the video removed from youtube. I fought that, but no one appears to be listening. I was so outraged that he decided to play the victim, that I had to repost this video on LiveLeak.com. The way I see it, if my 3 year old daughter has to live with the image of his floppy genitals, then he can live with the rest of the world seeing it, too. That is my justice.
