Info From Licensor: "Caught the formation of a swirl up from the clouds until touching earth, rain and hail (size of pingpong balls). Locals call it "culebras" (snakes) and a Mexican page cataloged this one as a F1 tornado. There were no damages and it went to inhabited fields." - Jesús Eduardo Reyes Mendoza
