SUV Loses Control on Interstate

Occurred on February 15, 2017 / Columbia, Maryland, USA

Info from Licensor: "Silver SUV (Ford Explorer) with Texas plates passed me in far left lane. We were going about 72 mph when he lost control of his vehicle for no apparent reason when he drove over the dip at a bridge/road transition. I posted to YouTube and someone made an interesting comment about a factory recall for "Rear Suspension Toe Link may be Improperly Welded" "NHTSA Campaign Number 16V245000". Wonder if that was the issue because he didn't seem to have a blown tire (which is what I first suspected)."
