Random Guy Appears to Unplug Tesla and Flip Off Owner

Info from Licensor: "This guy parked his car at ChargePoint parking spot so I have to park and charge my car next to him (regular parking spot) when he came back from walking his dog he just unplugged my cable and gave the middle finger to the camera lol idk what wrong with this guy and why he got mad."
