Two Trucks Block Both Lanes

Info from Licensor: "I was driving westbound on I-24 just west of Chattanooga, when I noticed heavy traffic eastbound, then there was no traffic for a couple miles. I figured it would be a bad wreck, so I got my phone to call 911 if needed, but noticed it was just two trucks blocking all traffic, which appeared to be intentional. Traffic was backed up behind them for many miles at a standstill."
