Alleged Drunk Driver Crashes Into Cars

Info from Licensor: "I filmed this in Hampton Coles Supermarket, guy was driving erratic. I confronted him and reached in and turned off his engine and tried to pull keys out but the car was in gear so I couldn't get the keys out. He was caught later by police after ramming a few cars on a highway."
