Hazardous Hitchhiker on the Highway

Info from Licensor: "I was vacationing in my camper with my little dog Bob. Driving back to our campsite I saw a hitchhiker in the distance. Sometimes I pick them up. As I got closer I noticed the hitchhiker was wearing a lot of orange. Then I realized he had just escaped from prison! I didn't stop."
