Helping a Bird Out

Info from Licensor: "My cousin and I were on the roof of The Rideau Center when we heard a group of teenagers laughing and a crow struggling to fly away because they had gotten a bag of garbage wrapped around it's neck. Luckily my cousin and best friend had rescued birds before and knew exactly what to do. Once we had him in a shirt and calmed him down. We then had to find someone with some sort of knife or scissors since it was to tight to untie with just our hands. Thankfully an older gentleman not to far away on a bench had a pocket knife he let us use it."
