2-Year-Old Runs Out in Front of Sister Riding Bike with no Training Wheels

Info from Licensor: In the video, my 5-year-old daughter had just learned to ride her bike with training wheels. She was practicing in a cul de sac in our neighborhood. I was recording her with my 2-year-old son at my side, when he ran out into the middle of the cul de sac and she hit him. He had no serious injuries.
