Info from Licensor: "Driving to work in a snowstorm in Gatineau, Quebec on January 23, 2019. I saw a cyclist wobbling all over the road in my side mirror and after passing me, he fell to the ground. When he got back up, he continued to wobble all the way to the bottom of the hill."
