Boom Arm Takes out Power Lines

Info from Licensor: "I was following a hydro-vac truck his boom was out and tried unsuccessfully to stop him. I then got behind him at a safe distance and recorded the driver of the hydro-vac truck hit a power pole. The pole was destroyed and the lines bounced freely above the road."
