Info from Licensor: I was driving my son home from his after-school program, and minutes after picking him up at the stop sign, I saw the kid on his phone. Seconds later, he collided with a parked car. I checked on the driver, and he was shaken up but okay. Since I had my kid with me and he had a dashcam, I left before the police arrived.
