Info from Licensor: "Dinner time in Newcastle Upon Tyne and my friend was on way to get some lunch when he saw a lady with a poodle riding a scooter so he stopped the van to let them across the road. The dog seemed to understand when he asked the lady to tell the tog to turn around. Off they went loving life."
