Info from Licensor: "The Sk chairman of our barangay used to play the purge announcement at exactly 9:30 pm to start the curfew for kids. They started playing that announcement since February 2. As a result of that announcement, after they play it, there are no adults or kids out in the streets. The purge announcement was effective."
