Hawaii Experiencing Flooding After Storm Olivia

Info from Licensor: "This event was the effects of Tropical Storm Olivia directly hitting Maui. This video was taken in Kahana along the lower Honoapiilani Highway. The drainage culvert failed to contain the water and the road flooded. Much of this area was underwater, luckily the homes in this area were spared from flooding."
