Info from Licensor: "While I was riding passenger in my Ambulance driving down the freeway, I noticed an individual next to me driving erratically. I took a closer look and realized they were watching a film or video on their phone with it propped up on the speedometer. I proceed to record them and give my two cents on the situation."
