Occurred on August 14, 2017 / Porcupine, South Dakota, USA
Info from Licensor: "Massive supercell thunderstorm that formed over the Badlands in southwest South Dakota. The storm was stationary for nearly an hour then drifted south to near Porcupine and Wounded Knee while producing baseball size hail. Although August is well after the peak of severe weather season on the American Great Plains, this storm exhibited what is widely considered to be the best storm structure of any storm this year."
