Description Info from Licensor: "I was in my truck when I rolled down my window I heard people screaming 'stop' 'stop'. I looked in the mirror to see a man running with a purse and three other men chasing him. The man running with the purse jumped on the hood of my truck. Then a women parked her truck in front of my truck. She got out of her truck with a gun and walked towards the man while drawing her gun. That is when I decided to record."
