Info from Licensor: "I was driving down Falls Road in Baltimore, Maryland with my sister to get her dog spayed. While waiting in traffic, I saw the guy in the truck behind me with his dog through my rear view. He was making gestures to someone, but I couldn't see who. Next thing I see is a cup flying at his windshield and drink pouring down it. I was so surprised, I kept watching and almost hit the car in front of me. Next thing I see through my rear view is the sedan heading down the side street and the guy in the truck following him down there as I drove away."
