Information from the Licensor: "The power lines started sparking after a day of heavy snow, i was originally recording to show my brother when he got home. it started with just the lines sparking and the power going out, the power came back on for my side of the street and i went outside to see what was causing it. The police and fire departments were on the way when i started filming."
