Occurred on August 24, 2017 / Cortez, Florida, USA
Info from Licensor: "Myself and other Coasties went outside to see what was going on. I noticed that the clouds started to form more into a water spout and then another one appeared to from just to the north. They both touched down in the Gulf of Mexico but appeared to just stay in the same area until finally, the weather cleared."
