Info from Licensor: "I was driving on highway 5 in British Columbia going from Kelowna to White rock and the car first appeared to be stopped when I first saw it. I was able to determine the car was approaching me while I was approaching him at the same time. I did the only thing I could do and changed lanes to avoid a high-speed head-on accident."
