Info from Licensor: "I was driving through Burlington City, New Jersey. There was an on duty Police officer disguised as a pedestrian and questionably crossed the street on the cross walk repeatedly, while her coworkers planted stops a block up and down the strip. This was done on a Sunday during church hours. It seems like entrapment to me. Not only is the area horrible for visibility of pedestrians, the ability to stop where she enters the crosswalk is about 20 feet. Going 35 mph to 0 is close to impossible."
