Info from Licensor: "This video shows my daughter and our Shih Tzu, Oscar singing a local song. I noticed that every time my daughter will sing a song, my dog will join in. Every time we talk to him he will answer, or if he wants something like food, needing to pee or poop outside he will come to us and at the top of his lungs speaks to us, of course in his doggie language although it sounds more of a noisy cat. Anyways, one day I took this video of them jamming to this song."
