Info from Licensor: "Sean Baker, a 7-year-old born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (only half of a heart) is awaiting a heart transplant at UPMC Pittsburgh children's hospital. Window washers dressed up as superheroes to brighten the day of all children at the hospital. As you can see, a very happy little boy holding batman, who was also outside."
