Semi Collides with Pickup Driving on Wrong Side of the Interstate

Info from Licensor: "Driving on I-74 west in Illinois, I saw a newer white Chevy driving the wrong way on I-74 east. I called police then started recording. He struck a semi, but both drivers were fine. The semi driver had a couple scratches. The semi truck burnt to the ground."
