Info from Licensor: My family and I were headed North on I-15 near Conrad, Montana when we came upon an accident that had traffic at a halt. It turned out to be a truck hauling a trailer of sod grass that had wrecked into the guardrail and lost the sod, which had spread across the interstate. We were there on the interstate for about an hour when a man came out of his car dressed in Scottish attire and carrying bagpipes.
