Info from Licensor: "I was riding my bicycle and waiting at a stop light when out of the blue I was rammed by an SUV. The video shows he came to a full stop, then rammed me. I was absolutely shocked, I turned around and saw him pounding the steering wheel, pointing at me and screaming. With that, I can only assume he did this on purpose."
