Info from Licensor: "I was doing my daily job at the car wash, and cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon. As I go around the corner, I thought to myself, 'Man, who put that dog crap here?' 'Why would someone put their red shorts over it?' Low and behold, it's the same guy and vehicle I saw when I did a drive around to check things at the other location. So of course, I checked that video too. I'll be damned. He did it here too! Frustration set in because I knew the cops wouldn't do anything but paperwork."
