Info From Licensor: "He had a routine dental appointment and is terrified of the dentist so they gave him ativan to calm/relax/sedate him. This video was taken roughly 9 hours after and the drugs were no where near wearing off. He kept falling off the couch and was convinced his head fell off each time, he needed tape and wouldn't settle until we gave him some. So I took him upstairs put him in bed and this is what happened."
