Info from Licensor: One day, I was catching some mullet for bait because I was about to go fishing when I heard a splash from my neighbor's dog falling into the canal. The water in my canal is about 3 feet below the sea wall and the dog could not get out on its own. My neighbors could not get the 70lb pitbull out on their own so I went over to help. I was able to pull the dog into a kayak and drag the kayak on to the dock. If the dog would have fallen in when no one was around he would have swam until he was tired and then probably drowned."
