Info From Licensor: "Two diamondback rattle snakes were killed Saturday morning around 8am. Their heads were cut off, buried and put on ice in the cooler for transport back to my home. Around 11:30 pm that night I decided to clean them and freeze to cook the following weekend. Skinned and gutted the first snake, moved on to clean the second snake. After the second snake was gutted, skinned and ready to be washed I noticed it started to move on my cutting board. we stated filming. The snake was very active for about 25 min and mimicked a live snake. The first snake just laid on the cutting board and never moved, but the second snake was very active. I finally carried the snakes into the house to rinse and prepeare to freez, when the water hit the snake it went pretty crazy sqirming all over the sink. I placed them in freezer bags and tossed them in the deep freeze. I thawed and grilled them the following weekend, served with dirty rice and salad."
