Info from Licensor: "My friends I were shooting fireworks at 10 p.m. in my neighborhood in Melbourne Florida and a neighbor came out with a gun threatening us. It ended up being a BB gun but he had painted the orange tip to make it look real. I grabbed it and threw it into the canal. He then called the police on himself and they put him in handcuffs but I declined to press charges."
