Info From Licensor: "The lady in the video was attempting to park her car outside Oasis Dental Practice in Bolton. My colleagues and I were watching as the two vehicles on either side were owned by my colleagues. After 5-10 minutes, I decided to film the endeavour in case she hit either a car or a person. I uploaded the video to youtube to share with my husband who does not have facebook. The Manchester Evening News somehow found the video and ran an article on it and the interest spiraled from there." - Kate Spencer
