Info from Licensor: "While waiting at the traffic light I saw smoke coming from the upper level of the building. I started recording because the fire erupted so quickly. My husband started blowing the horn to alert anyone in the building. A lady came out on the patio waving for help. My husband immediately threw the car into park in the middle of traffic, jumped out of the car, over a seven or eight-foot wall to rescue the lady from the burning building."
